Live Auction: Open to the public and any family or friends you would like to invite. Auction items are all donations, many made by instructors and participants, during the event. All donations are welcome, particularly those that are applicable to primitive and traditional art forms. There is always a wide range of items to bid on such as fiber arts, basketry, arrow heads, archery and atlatl equipment; along with wood and black-smithed pieces. You will receive a auction bid number at registration for both auctions. We will accept cash, checks and credit cards.
Items are displayed as they arrive, values is listed, you sign your bidding number (every one will receive an Auction Number when registering) and Bid Amount, best Bid wins. The proceeds go towards compensation for our instructors. The Bidding will close Saturday evening at 6:00 pm
Second Annual Trading Post: Bing you wares to trade, make smart deals, trade with the best, let's see who will be the wisest trader in the land. The trading post will be held in the big tent and will be conducted by Tell and Fiber Guy. Everyone is invited to join in the fun. More information to be posted.
Trading Blanket for children and adults, put something on the blanket and you get to take something off. Pertinent item(s) that you have made, no longer use or would like to pass along. We start with youngest picking first and go to oldest.
You will need to bring a sharp working knife (ex: Mora knife 3 1/2" blade). Tools you can bring: Flashlight, hatchet, small saw. Favorite fire making implements for class with Tom Wilson. 10 Mora's with 3 1/2" blade will be available for sale. Abe will be holding a Sharping Class.
